Medicavelli HydroHealth Industries, Ltd. is a start-up medical device distribution company that, through a recently completed clinical study in conjunction with Danbury Hospital, has identified an opportunity to provide colon hydrotherapy as a preferred method of preparation by both physicians and patients for use in colorectal screenings in the United States.
 
We develop and acquire healthcare related product and service technologies and integrate them for acceptance by, and sale and market to, mainstream medical providers such as hospitals, clinics, and physicians, to create new sources of revenues for both the Company and independent medical providers.

Prince Machiavelli, considered a model strategist, was born into a tumultuous era, a time of constantly shifting alliances, and an erratic upheaval, something like the turmoil faced in the health field as physicians and hospitals try to increase revenues in a competitive shifting landscape.
 
Medicavelli Integrated Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (through its subsidiary “Medicavelli,” or “Company”), formed December, 2007, through its subsidiary operating since 2004, is seeking to creatively integrate select medical related products and services into mainstream healthcare pipelines using physician
endorsements, scientific studies, research, marketing and other tools to develop new profit centers for healthcare providers.
 
The subsidiary, HydroHealth Industries Ltd., Inc., also a Nevada company ("HydroHealth"), established in December 2004, has shown certain success presenting the flagship pursuit of utilizing colon cleansing as a prepatory process for medical directed gastro intestinal procedures, exams, etc. and the Company plans to build on this.
 

Jodi Cuomo, President

Jodi holds a degree in Biology and Chemistry from Mary Mount College as well as a degree in Pharmacy from Duquesne University. Ms. Cuomo received her training in complementary and alternative therapies at the Arizona State Holistic Institute. Ms. Cuomo is currently directing the capitalization and establishment of our business on a full time basis.

Ms. Cuomo established her first private practice more than 25 years ago, and has played a significant role in the development of colon hydrotherapy worldwide. For 13 years, she had served as the Education Director for the American Institute of health in Phoenix, Arizona playing a significant role in regards to organizing, teaching, and certifying students in the practice of colon hydro therapy.

In addition to her role in establishing the practice of colon hydrotherapy worldwide, Ms. Cuomo has been continuously engaged in consulting on development of spas and wellness centers in the United States and Europe.

Ms. Cuomo’s most significant business to date, Total Health Connection, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, obtained comprehensive licensing and became the first all inclusive complimentary and alternative medicine center offering a compete range of therapies and detoxification programs. Following the 17 years of success, Total Health Connection was purchased by a consortium of medical physicians.
